Value Chain Analysis

Do a Value Chain Analysis for your company(attached) . There are two tasks here:

a. Outline the way each activity in the value chain is performed (including if the activity is outsourced to a vendor/provider). There are nine activities in all, five primary (Inbound Logistics, Operations, Outbound Logistics, Marketing & Sales, and Service), and four support/secondary (Human Resources, Infrastructure, R&D/Tech Development, and Procurement).

b. Clearly identifying on the slides which activities are key to the company’s strategy/success (1-2 activities each for primary and support)
