Description

This chapter challenge assignment is a critical thinking exercise that allows students to apply business concepts that have been studied in the course and apply them to real life situations. At the end of each chapter, there is a Legal/Ethical Challenge that presents a case that requires you, the student, to analyze howyou would handle the situation, preparing you for real-life decision making in your career.

Assignment Details

For this assignment, students will need to find a Legal/Ethical Challenge in a chapter within the course textbook. You can select any chapter Legal/Ethical Challenge of interest – even if we have not covered the chapter details in the course yet. A presentation schedule will be based on weekly chapters, there will be 4 scheduled throughout the remainder of the semester.

Basic Requirements

Your response should analyze the situation and to identify the issues/actions described in the challenge which may be problematic. You must answer ALL of the questions at the end of the challenge as well as create an alternate option as stated in the challenge. The alternate challenge is what you will be presenting on via WebEx.
