Milestone 2: Proposal First Draft

You will submit the first draft (four to six pages) of a proposal of an organizational design and culture that supports women in leadership based on the findings from course learning, which will include the following:

You will incorporate information from the weekly journal reflection and analysis into this proposal. This milestone will be graded separately using the Proposal Rubric (below).

Requirements of submission: Written components of the proposal must follow these formatting guidelines when applicable: double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate citations. Final proposal should be 6 to 10 pages in length, not including resources.
