First two paragraphs of a business memo

The client we choose is Panera Bread, a local firm at Washington DC (4501 Wisconsin Avenue NW Washington, DC 20016).

Our suggestion is transform from physical store+delivery to drive-thru+delivery, focus on online businesses and make a long term corporate relationship to the food delivery company like Ubereats. Cutting the cost by save the energy use in the store, the cost to hire unnecessary employees, the cost and efficiency of the delivery and the cost of the rent(smaller store).
