- Dr. Pettit began his comments by referring to each person as ‘divine energy playing the game of life’. As you listen to the rest of Pettit’s 16 minute video, explain clearly what Dr. Pettit meant (about those divine qualities in people and in the ‘game of life’ they are playing in). Clearly advocating a perspective opposite of his medical psychiatric training Dr. Pettit shows how each of the stories #1, 2 and 3 indicate that “There is only one mental illness: chronic mental stress”.
