Capella University Powerpoint Review

here is the direct feedback from the professor. You’ve already done this but a few things were missing please make necessary edits. I’ll pay again because you do awesome work.

you have a good overall presentation, however, you did not fully complete all of the required criteria as directed in the scoring rubric in identifying a common business problem and then providing some potential solutions, weighing advantages and disadvantages to each, and then selecting one of them that would be the best at addressing that issue and explain how it can increase sustainability by implementing it. When working against a rubric, you need to specifically focus on the criteria for which you are being graded. You have some good information to support your points but they do not all align directly with these core criteria that needs to be met first. As the example assessment PowerPoint demonstrates, you need to identify and describe a common business problem and then present three potential individual solutions that would help address and solve this problem, identifying limitations and advantages to each accordingly. Then you will pick the best of these solutions to implement into the business and then explain how it will increase business sustainability and growth. If you need any further insight into meeting the required criteria in the Scoring Guide, I recommend you work with the course tutor to ensure you provide the required criteria as directed.

I look forward to your updated presentation. Again, be sure to check out the example PowerPoint and then include all of the required criteria for each section as stated in the Scoring Guide. When you resubmit, your new updated rubric grading will replace this one.

——————————————————————————————————————————————-

Create an 8–10 slide PowerPoint presentation that defines a business problem, explains how the problem affects an organization, and describes possible solutions. Recommend the best solution for the problem and organization, and justify the recommendation.

The ability to effectively solve complex business problems is critical to sustaining organizational quality, essential to achieving strategic goals (Deutsch, 2013). Van Aken, Berends, and Van Der Bijthe (2012, p. xiv) note that in solving business problems the “focus is on designing what can be, or what should be, in order to improve the performance of a specific business system on one or more criteria.”
