Business Manager Interview Insights Paper

For this case, you are required to write a two-page, double-spaced report about the “insights” you gain during a business interview or presentation. Your options to complete this case include:

1) Interview a business manager within an established business If you choose to interview a business manager, your first task is to find someone who is employed at a local/regional firm. This manager should ideally have faced – or currently faces – the development of a new element within his or her organization (i.e. a new product, service, department, market, etc.) Your interview will focus on learning about their experience developing the new element. Therefore, your paper will discuss the insights you gained during the interview. Make sure your paper doesn’t only summarize the interview – focus at least half of your paper on describing the insights you gained.

2) Attend a 1 Million Cups event, If you choose to attend a 1 Million Cups event, your paper will briefly describe the presenter’s business and discuss your insights gained during the presentation. Make sure your paper doesn’t only summarize the presentation – focus at least half of your paper on describing the insights you gained.
